Biography Wen Chen (M’03–SM’11) received BS and MS from Wuhan University, China in 1990
and 1993 respectively, and PhD from University of Electro-communications,
Japan in 1999. He is now a tenured Professor with the Department of
Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He is a Clarivate
highly cited researcher, and a fellow of Chinese Institute of Electronics. His
research interests cover green multiple access, wireless AI and RIS
communications, in which area, he received the first-tier Shanghai Natural
Science Award in 2023. He is the Shanghai Chapter Chair of IEEE Vehicular
Technology Society, and a vice president of Shanghai Institute of Electronics.
He was the distinguished lecturers of IEEE Communications Society and
IEEE Vehicular Technology Society, the editors of IEEE Transactions on
Wireless Communications and IEEE Transactions on Communications. |
