Biography Wen Chen (M’03–SM’11)
received BS and MS from Wuhan University, China in 1990 and 1993
respectively, and PhD from University of Electro-communications, Japan in
1999. He is now a tenured Professor with the Department of Electronic
Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, where he is the director
of Broadband Access Network Laboratory. He is a fellow of Chinese Institute
of Electronics and the distinguished lecturers of IEEE Communications Society
and IEEE Vehicular Technology Society. He is the Shanghai Chapter Chair of
IEEE Vehicular Technology Society, a vice president of Shanghai Institute of
Electronics, Editors of IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE
Transactions on Communications, IEEE Access and IEEE Open Journal of
Vehicular Technology. His research interests include multiple access,
wireless AI and RIS communications. He has published more than 200 papers in
IEEE journals with citations more than10,000 in Google scholar. |
